Treatment is focused on the application of soft tissue manipulation to accelerate healing and recovery from trauma or illness. My approach is to work in partnership with clients to facilitate body awareness, identify tension patterns in the body that may lead to structural imbalances, repetitive strain or possible injury. The nature of treatment is therapeutic bodywork that integrates a range of advanced soft-tissue techniques (eg Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy and Positional Release, kinesiology approaches etc) to achieve a balance of structural integration, emotional and environmental influences in working towards good health and well being.
