Sport massage helps prevent those niggling injuries that so often get in the way of athletic performance. A sport massage is tailored to an individual’s needs to accelerate the body’s ability to restore itself when under intense physical training or conditioning.  Sport massage combines the manipulation, maintenance and treatment of soft tissues (ie muscles, ligaments and tendons) of the body to prevent the risk of injury. Stretching and energy techniques can be added to enhance flexibility and movement before and after a competitive event.
